Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can move between monthly and yearly plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate any billing differences. If you switch to Until Licensed, your monthly or yearly plan stops, so you are not charged twice.
Is there a free plan?
Paid plans are billed through Stripe when you subscribe. There is no extra trial on paid plans. The Free plan includes 45 days of hour logging and does not require a credit card. After 45 days the account stays active. You can still view your hours, and you cannot add entries or change information until you subscribe to Professional ($7.99/month). Export and detailed reports start at Professional ($7.99/month). You can cancel a paid plan from the billing portal at any time.
How does Until Licensed work?
You pay $179 once and get everything in Plus with no renewals. Most trainees take one to three years to finish their hours, which would cost $119 to $357 on Plus yearly. Your account keeps working after you are licensed, so you can still download your records.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account keeps its data while the subscription is active. PDF and Excel export is available on Professional and above. Export before you cancel if your plan includes it. The Free plan does not include data export.
Do supervisors need to pay?
No. Only trainees (people logging hours) need a subscription. Supervisors use the app for free to view and approve hours—no account or payment required on their side beyond signing in.
Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?
Program accounts are coming soon, at $5 per trainee each month with supervisors included. Contact us to join the early list and we will get in touch when they are ready.
